The hotel's location is convenient, near the train station. i appreciated the friendly and cute staff. our room was clean and a good size. It was a pleasant experience.
check-in was slow. the air conditioning did not work in my room, despite the outside temperature being 34 degrees. there was no shower gel and no 'do not disturb' card.

The location offered easy access to metro and bus lines. This made getting around town simple. the room was spacious and very clean, perfect after a day of sightseeing. i really appreciated the breakfast. It had a great variety of choices.
I found that the front desk staff could be more proactive in offering assistance with local attractions or transport options. This would elevate the guest experience.
